Spokeswoman Emily Richard said the airport has classified the collision as a ground incident and it is not impacting operations at all. "No one was on board and no one was injured in either aircraft," Richard said. "One (of the planes) was being towed and one was not and our investigators are trying to figure out how the collision occurred."
