Years ago when I ground handled AC here in EWR, the London thing came about. AC OPS guy had a radio that was a system wide link (pre-cell days). He gets a call from London about missing bags, right in front of my Supv and Me. The news comes from the appropriately named Airline Route Updates blog, which reports that United will add United Express service between Chicago O'Hare and London, Ontario. The route kicks off Sept. 29 with two daily round-trip flights. United's website confirms the service, which will be operated by affiliate SkyWest with CRJ-200 regional jets.
