CO flight from CLE to North Pole delights children CLE held its annual fantasy flight to the North Pole last weekend for more than 60 terminally ill children and their families. The special passengers boarded CO Flight 9990 for a "taxi flight" to the North Pole (NTP). Upon arrival, the children and their families were greeted by Mrs. Claus, Rudolph and the elves in a setting decorated with a giant gingerbread house, Christmas trees, candy canes and icicles. After the families enjoyed a buffet dinner, Santa arrived with a gift for each child. More than 50 volunteers from Airport Services, Terminal Ops, Tech Ops, Facility Maintenance, Finance, Chelsea Food Services, Flight Ops and Inflight donated their time to ensure the children and their families had a safe and enjoyable trip to a winter wonderland.
