All 727's. Started in 1974 with Braniff, 1982 with American and Continental around then or maybe 1983. I could look it up but I seem to think they ended around 1986... Initially AS metal was used in the slow winter months and the other airlines' aircraft during summer, but I remember AA aircraft in the winter with 2 flights a day. Seattle was the transfer point for flight crews changing. Typical routings were Fairbanks-Anchorage-Seattle-Dallas-Houston but later Prudhoe Bay, Portland, Chicago and others were included in the program. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> If you wish to unsubscribe from the AIRLINE List, please send an E-mail to: "listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx".
