Aircraft 014, the Boeing 777 that previously flew with the Peter Max =93NYC=
 2000=94 livery, has been fully retrofitted to have the latest features. =
=0AThe airplane is now painted to match the rest of CO=92s fleet and made i=
ts first revenue flight last week with 50 BusinessFirst seats, full AVOD (a=
udio video on demand), in seat power in both cabins, a crew rest module for=
 flight attendants and an electronic flight bag. =0ACO now has five 777s wi=
th the new features. Aircraft 10, 13 and 14 have been retrofitted to match =
Aircraft 19 and 20, which were delivered from Boeing in 2007. The remaining=
 15 777s are scheduled for completion in late 2009.
