Have them add their FF number to their iteniery via the DL web site.
There should be a drop-down menu for all the airlines in the SkyTeam.

100% sure he is either in NW WorldPerks or CO OnePass.

May he claim credit for his DL flight on either his NW
or CO FF accounts?  If so -- how?
