PHL: September 12 2006 I hear on ATC an American heavy on approach, when they contacted tower he stated he was a 767 "experimental". It turned out to be a test of the infrared countermeasures system. The bad thing was it didn't land, it was on approach to RW9 then, went on a climb. So the best of shots could not be had.
