(NWACQ.PK: Quote, Profile, Research) flight attendants from striking, and said he needed more time before ruling on the matter. "The court believes time for consideration for examining the bodies' arguments more exhaustively is essential," said Judge Victor Marrero in federal court in Manhattan after hearing arguments from flight attendants and the air carrier.
