I'm going to be traveling BOS-FCO-ATH in a few weeks on Alitalia and I'm wondering about upgrades. I'm Platinum Elite on NW and while I understand that I can't receive electronic upgrades, if I request paper certificates can I present those at check in? Any information would be great. Thanks!
