Am= erican Airlines runs between eight and 10 daily flights between Los Ange= les and Tokyo. = Mineta San Jose International has been discussing putting certain routes= to foreign markets "on sale." That means waiving landing rights, termin= al rents and other costs for up to one year in an attempt to lure new fl= ights and carriers to the airport. = American runs 16 roundtrips daily out of Mineta San Jose while its Ameri= can Eagle division runs another 28 daily roundtrips.
