Here we go again... Photography at Newark Airport is now under threat
by the NJ State Senate. Will railways be next? This is a slippery slope
and completely ineffective in terms of security.

Please write the NJ Governor and State Senators to tell them how stupid
this bill is and let others know too!!!!

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) -- Taking photos of Newark Liberty International
Airport might become illegal.
    =

A Senate committee today is set to consider a bill that targets
unauthorized surveillance of facilities that handle hazardous
materials.
    =

It would be a crime to observe, photograph, videotape and record
airports, nuclear plants, power plants, water plants or flammable
liquid storage facilities to gather information about security and
operations.
    =

Violators would face up to 18 months in prison and fines of up to
ten-thousand dollars.
    =

The media and workplace safety advocates are concerned the bill would
target those who want to report safety or environmental violations.
