Ack! You beat me to it! Either that, or they are running drugs to/from other countries in the area... They have (unless they sold them to some drug cartel) at least 6 C-130s and 2 CH-53s. They can carry quite a few illegals in those - each one is a self-contained rally! They can also carry a LOT of drugs. Seems they recently bought a few EMB-145s for counter-narcotics operations... Maybe they really meant counter-counter-narcotics operations? I was in Mexico on business recently - it's really going down the tubes rapidamente...
