Sabre was spun off from AMR in 2000. It is a publicly-traded company
(Sabre holdings, NYSE: TSG) and the shares are owned by a combination
of institutional shareholders (such as mutual funds) and individuals.

In addition to the Sabre GDS, Sabre Holdings owns Travelocity,
GetThere, lastminute.com, Site59, World Choice Travel, Odysia,
SynXis, and IgoUgo.com.
