No black and white in these things but when I was in Boston, AIrfreight services/Hudson General ramp workers were all East Boston High School dropouts at min wage with no training and no benefits and very few were serious or interested in their jobs. COmpared to TWA ramp guys with great travel benefits and living wages -many really loved their companyYou'd be surprised that even loading baggage can be done right or wrong
