According to FlightAware, the flight left 4 hours late and is scheduled to arrive about 4 hours late. Looking at the UAL page, the flight left 1.5 hours late. The difference in times is due to the fact that UAL reports the departure time from the gate while FlightAware shows wheels-up (i.e. actual take off time). It's not inconceivable the aircraft took a long time to taxi from the gate until the take-off time.
