Granted, *you* get 36". *I* get 36". Maybe most people on this list get 36". But the vast majority of the flying public does not get E+, and are stuck back there in 31" land on most flights. That is not an advantage, comfort-wise, over Southwest in most cases. I'm still a United fan, but sometimes forget things are a bit different in the back of the plane. -- Michael C.
