Clarification:  all certificated carriers report detail consistent with 
their carrier "size group" (III denoting "over $1 billion annual 
revenue", II denoting "between $100 milllion and $1 billion annual 
revenue", etc.)  Aloha Airlines, for example, is a Group II operating 
carrier held by Aloha Air Group, which is not publicly traded, yet Aloha 
Airlines reports Form 41 Financial statistics.  What you don't get with 
the non-public names is a look at holding company financials.
