Let me get this straight, CO flew EWR->TLV (763? 762?, 772?) with the 
required fuel reserves for TLV *and* enough fuel to fly TLV->LGW plus 
the required fuel reserves for LGW?

Surely they hit the ground in TLV well over the maximum weight limit?

TLV->LGW is not a trivial distance...
