Has Alitalia's "product" suffered in the last couple of years due lack of money to modernize? Has anyone flown AZ recently on a longhaul-maybe transatlantic flight? I understand that while the other major carriers offer new business class seating, mostly fully flat beds etc etc AZ still has the same type seating it had 10 years ago....in business class.
