Burbank runways are RWY 8/26 5801' and RWY 15/33 6886'. 
For comparison, both LaGuardia runways are 7000'.

Burbank field elevation is 725', while LaGuardia is 25'.

I would guess that ambient temperatures at BUR exceed those at LGA.
