If you can get a job at WN, which means you have to already have a 737 type 
rating and time, I believe their FO's start around 70k, with FO's going up to a 
bit over 100k and captains topping out with overtime and everything close to 
200k.  If the raises come at the same rate as the FA's, I would think they get 
a raise on the line of every 6 months
