Are funny pilots a lost breed?
I've had a couple of funny pilots on my usual UA726 SEA-ORD red-eyes.
"This is captain xxxx"... sound of train whistle... " guiding this
train from here to Chicago O'Hare... (it sounds funnier than it reads.)
.. and the previous week:
"This is captain"... squawk.. squawk (sound of chicken loose in the
cockpit).. "... who let you in here..!!"
The usual list of funny pilot stories ("The last time I flew to
Frankfurt, I didn't stop") is making the rounds, again, but very rarely
do we have any new stories.
