For that money (the basic service has limited queries) you could hook into an agency network and get access to http://my.sabre.com, the next-generation graphical GDS interface.  Basically a SABRE set in Javascript with front-end booking tools for those who don't know SABRE native formats.

Great site. There are two services - a limited, free service and a premium
$99/year plan.
