You may remember my post here a month ago complaining about the baggage situation with KLM.... well the numbers are out... In the AEA (Association of European Airlines) which counts 26 airlines KLM is in 26th and last spot with the largest number of missing bags... Air France does not do well either... In on time arrivals for short and medium haul flights KLM ends up 23rd and does a bit better on long haul flights... KLM has a very good service but it is time the airline did something about its bag situation and on time record!
