Alireza, I am not worried about the privacy or freedom issues on this because they can already get any information about the pilots/CFIs all they want. My biggest problem is the government, flight schools, CFIs are being brought into a program that will have 0 impact on the security, but they will create this huge paperwork, government red tape and most of all discouragement on the client side. People who object to this may not be aware of it, but places like Seattle, Bay Area, Austin, Research Triangle where there is a lot of H1 and green card holder IT work force make a great business for flight schools. For some reason IT geeks like me are drawn into the aviation like a fly into the light. -----Original Message----- From: The Airline List [mailto:AIRLINE@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Alireza Alivandivafa Sent: Thursday, November 18, 2004 11:28 PM To: AIRLINE@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [Sky-1] More issues on new TSA rule I have a major issue with this. It is about privacy, and it is about freedom. We need to stop giving things away a little at a time, as soon there will be nothing left
