Well, you don't need a pillow if you have less room in coach.  (Unless you
need it to protect your knees!)  Between this and the fact that they have so
little service through CMH (and 90% of that with the tiny regional jets) it
takes you five or six hours to reach a city two hours away by air that I
find I am using them less and less.
