TPG Aurora, a Moscow-based affiliate of David Bonderman's Texas Pacific Group, has issued an invitation to lessors to quote for up to 40 aircraft in the 160-seat-and-above category in order to establish a low-cost carrier in Russia that would commence operations in mid-2005, ATWOnline has learned.
