REIMBURSEMENT BY POLITICAL PARTIES FOR USE OF AIR FORCE ONE FOR POLITICAL FUNDRAISING `SEC. 323. (a) IN GENERAL- If the President, Vice President, or the head of any executive department (as defined in section 101 of title 5, United States Code) uses Air Force One for transportation for any travel which includes a fundraising event for the benefit of any political committee of a national political party, such political committee shall reimburse the Federal Government for the actual costs incurred as a result of the use of Air Force One for the transportation of the individual involved. `(b) AIR FORCE ONE DEFINED- In subsection (a), the term `Air Force One' means the airplane operated by the Air Force which has been specially configured to carry out the mission of transporting the President.'.
