My guess would be 767-200s, 757s and older 737s.   A319 and A320 are
newer, efficient, and popular with pax and pilots alike.  747s are
useful for the Pacific but little else, so the numbers might normalize
to whatever is right for that.  767-300 and 777 are good for Europe and
transcon domestic.  Newer 737s are fine for everything else on the
domestic side that can't be served with an RJ, unless you need the
capacity & low costs of a 757.
