AirTran, Coca-Cola Sign 3-Year Agreement

ORLANDO, Fla. -(Dow Jones)- AirTran Airways, a unit of AirTran Holdings Inc.
( AAI), signed a three-year exclusive agreement with Coca-Cola Co. (KO) to
serve its beverages on all the carrier's flights.

Details of the agreement weren't disclosed in a press release Wednesday.

The deal extends the companies' 11-year partnership and covers all the
beverage company's non-alcoholic products including Coca-Cola's carbonated
soft drinks, Dasani bottled water, Seagram's non-alcoholic drink mixers and
Minute Maid juices.

The low-fare airline operates more than 500 flights a day to more than 40
destinations. Its 2003 revenue was $918.04 million.

Shares of AirTRan Airways recently traded on the New York Stock Exchange at
$ 10.19, up 4 cents.

Coca-Cola shares, also listed on the Big Board, were recently down 13 cents
at $40.51.
