WN uses the 732/733/735/73G.  It is almost impossible to see a 732 on the
west coast any more, but the others are all possible.  According to the current
LAX-SMF schedule, you will likely get a 300 or 700 with about equal likelihood.
You flew LAX-VIS on a 737?  Damn, that kind of stuff does not happen anymore.
 That is as crazy as LAX-SFO-RDD on a 737 (I did that about 17-18 years ago).
 Brings back memories
