I also think they know the right way to have a diversified fleet. Much like LH, they operate many types profitably. This is because they are sticking with really efficient models, and using planes based on the loads they can actually acheive. They use their 777s for long range/high traffic routes. They use the 764s for high traffic routes that need less range and benefit from the better economy. 762s go to long haul/business heavy routes that don't need capacity, and so on.
