Panamanian airline orders two 737s, leasing two more
Renton-based Boeing Commercial Airplanes Group said Copa Airlines of Panama has ordered two new 737-700s for delivery in 2006, and plans to obtain two more from leasing companies next year.

Financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement, but the 737-700 lists for between $50.5 million and $59 million, depending on amenities.

The acquisitions will increase Copa's all-Boeing fleet to 24 737s, including 20 of the 700 series and four 737-800s.
