Mark, Yes that's correct, a passenger can fly Air New Zealand from Los Angeles to London. You can also fly Singapore Airlines from Los Angeles to Tokyo and Los Angeles to Taipei. You can fly Japan Airlines from Vancouver to Mexico City and Lacsa from Toronto to Havana. These are just a few examples of fifth freedom rights.
