Picked it up.

1/3rd the way through.

It's the book I had been expecting for quite some time.

It gives a 25 page or so history of the Red Team (AC-Milton, Durret,
Harris, Taylor) and the Blue Team (CP-Carty, Benson, Jenkins, Ward
etc.) and then Gerry Schwartz and the other characters.

The author pays little attention to the flying of tin, and more on the
personalities, legalities and financial aspects of the airline
business.

Although in some respects it describes Robert Milton as a bit of a
'tyrant' (even the cover takes a shot at him) you can have a bit of
respect for the gent. While his 'arrogance' played well in dealing with
many internal matters, it seemed to have empowered his staff to treat
the employees, customers and travel agents with the incorrect attitude.
That is regrettable.
