TORONTO, April 2 (Reuters) - Trinity Time Investments, the key investor
in Air Canada's (AC

rescue package, said on Friday it will not seek an extension of its
C$650 million ($500 million) agreement with the airline.
Trinity said Air Canada's labor structure impairs its ability to succeed
as the insolvent airline seeks to emerge from bankruptcy protection. It
said Air Canada is now free to try to find a new investor.
