AFAIK, AC15 ops YYZ-HKG via YVR.
I'am sure they would prefer to go non-stop, but,
prevailing winds aside, there is also a very high
yield cargo issue ex YVR to contend with -
seafood - those cargo guy's again.......... The
return flt. AC16 HKG-YYZ is of course non-stop,
both flts. with A343 equip.
(The ATC issue was with the YYZ-DEL flt.BTW)
