I recall they proposed to do this for LNG tankers generally, though I
don't know if whatever firm succeeded Boston Gas still imports (used to
be Algerian) LNG.

Or could be the approach to 4L and 4R being dependent on there being no
ship of mast height greater than 150 feet or so present in the channel
or at the adjacent container port.  With a ship in the channel it means
either a seriously displaced threshold or an 8-12 percent approach path
over the obstacle to the threshold.
