I agree with all these. There's other airlines, so I'll just add one:
PEOPLExpress
They only flew 747s transatlantic for a few years in the early-mid
1980s, and I think just to Gatwick and Brussels, but they offered
competitively low-price tickets that enabled a lot of people to travel
that might not have otherwise.
