UAL (UALAQ) said the loan package was obtained by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.= (JPM) and Citigroup Inc. (C). The two banks will each underwrite $200 million of the non-guaranteed por= tion of the loan and $800 million of the guaranteed portion.
