It was a Military charter reach flight. My ramp supervisor had to take the EWRSYR leg due no one in SYR knew how to work around a B777. XXJ is a 4.5 hour equivalent (i.e. flying time plus or minus time change), but doesn't seem to exist in any database. B54, the EWR gate, is international-arrival capable, but isn't in CO's own Terminal C Customs facility.
