It depends on what category you're counting.  ie movements, passengers,
freight, Instrument, Tower operations. TRACON operations.  They say figures
lie and liars figure

AIRPORT FACILITIES

Hillsboro Municipal Airport, located off I-35 West, is a fully certified FAA
airport. The Hillsboro Airport is equipped with a 4,000' by 60' lighted
all-weather runway. Additionally, the airport has a half taxi way and
parking
apron with tie-downs. A UNICOM, tuned to 122.9, provides communication and
light
intensity adjustment for landing. A PAPI lighted landing guidance system.
The
Hillsboro Municipal Airport is serviced by an attendant five days a week and
provides Jet-A fuel and 100 Low Lead fuel 24 hours a day. Transportation is
available to Hillsboro from the Airport. The facility is designed for future
development of T-Hangars and a Maintenance Hangar.

Nearby TSTC Airport offers an 8,600' by 200' concrete, jet marked and
lighted
runway. Additionally, the TSTC Airport has a 12-hour Tower with FAA licensed
controller, ASR-6 traffic control, national weather service radar and
maintenance facilities.

Waco Regional Airport, located 35 miles south of Hillsboro offers passenger
and freight service to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Service is
provided by American Eagle and Delta Connection. Waco Regional is equipped
with
two all-weather runways, a 6,600' lighted and precision instrument approach
and a 5,000' lighted non-precision runway.

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, located 60 miles north of
Hillsboro,
offers passenger and freight service to anywhere in the world. Dallas-Fort
Worth International Airport is the second busiest airport in the United
States
with daily flight service from all major airline carriers.
