I think that was a BA flight from NRT to LHR, it made the news.

A few years ago, British had a 747 with a mechanical problem.  All
passengers save 1 elected to go on other flights.  This one person was =

only passenger on the flight when the mechanical was fixed.  1 pax - =
umpteen
flight attendants.  Not a bad ratio.
