Today Austrian Airlines Group has presented its new corporate identity.

The Austrian Airlines will be rebranded as Austrian.
Tyrolean Airways becomes Austrian Arrow "operated by Tyrolean".
Lauda Air remains unchanged.
Rheintalflug already has been integrated into Tyrolean Airways.

The logo used looks very similar to the former speedmarque of British Airways.

An impression at how the aircraft will look like can be found here:

Tyrolean Airways Bombardier Dash 8-Q400 OE-LGG is the first (and for the time only)
aircraft that has been repainted. An additional fourteen Tyrolean Airways aircraft
are to be repainted this year. The first Austrian Airlines aircraft to be repainted
is reportedly an Airbus 330 to go to the paintshop during October/November.

Austrian Arrows is already jokingly dubbed Austrian Errors.

Greetings from Vienna,

Manfred
