I don't see much similarity, at least compared to a 737-800 on jetphotos.
In any case, there are cases when airlines may have similar color schemes.
As an example, there was Frontier (the first one) and BWIA and Hawaiian.  If
I'm not mistaken, they all shared the same advertising agency.
