All 12,000 employees of America West Airlines get an extra $50 for placing in the top 3 during the month of June: on time performance; customer complaints; and lost baggage. This incentive program was launched earlier this year by CEO Doug Parker who vows to give all employees an extra $100 if Cactus places #1 in on-time performance.
