I can't speak for your route or airline, but I hand carried a full-size wine bottle in May Dallas-Salt Lake-Anchorage. Delta counter agent put it in a padded carryon bag. No one challenged it, but I noticed TSA folks eyeing the shape as I walked by their positions.
