I did not understand this until looking closer either, but if you look
closely at the wing, there is an extra hardpoint, and you connect the engine to it
with the engine's own nacele and pylon.  I want to know if they run the extra
engine haha.  Also, I would like to know how they do carry those extra 777
engines.  Do they have three-hole trips around?  Do they put them on the wing os a
747, because we all know that can do it.  GE tests the 777 engines on a 747
