Travel Transaction Processing, which was newly formed for the deal.  It's mostly a Citigroup bunch of people.

And you wonder what they'll do with Worldspan.  Anecdotally, you hear that the WSPAN sales force has collapsed into a single office in Atlanta, with no regional representation -- and no continuity of relationships with agencies.  Evidently, they're looking elsewhere for revenue.

It should be noted that it TWA, not AA, that was an owner of Worldspan,
back before AA bought TWA.

Presumably, like all things TWA, AA is trying patiently to shed it.
