Airline gets another extension from creditor HONOLULU (AP) =97 Financially troubled Hawaiian Airlines announced Thursday= =20 that it has received a second 30-day extension from its main creditor. The= =20 extension gives the airline and Boeing Capital Corp. time to document=20 restructuring agreements on 13 Boeing 717-200 aircraft and three Boeing=20 767-300ER aircraft, airline spokesman Keoni Wagner said in a statement.=20 Subject to court approval, the new expiration date will be July 31. Under=20 the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, Hawaiian had faced the possible repossession of=20 its leased aircraft 60 days after it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy=20 protection March 21. Boeing only granted the airline its first 30-day=20 extension, which was set to expire June 27, after U.S. Bankruptcy Court=20 granted a motion to appoint an independent trustee to oversee the carrier's= =20 operations.
